Business & Membership Coordinator (part-time)
Generator is seeking a Business & Membership Coordinator to serve as a key administrative hub, bookkeeper, and logistical coordinator for our makerspace community. This role interfaces directly with our members while managing important business workflows, and focuses on growing and refining the membership experience to keep it accessible, welcoming, and fully supportive of our vibrant maker ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries about billing, events, guidelines, and general requests
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with members across digital forums, email, phone, and face to face
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including application reviews, payment scheduling, user surveys, and administrative transitions
- Handle daily data entry and keep member profiles updated across internal CRM databases and payment processing platforms
