Lead Instructor & Curriculum Specialist (she/her)
Rachel Donegan brings to Generator more than two decades of experience teaching and developing programming around science, making & tinkering, design, and community engagement. She has led the development of innovative learning programs and spaces, including a public library makerspace and digital media lab, an interactive tinkering exhibition at the Montshire Museum of Science, and STEM learning opportunities for middle and high school students. She especially enjoys teaching human-centered design and digital fabrication and finding ways to integrate creativity and sustainability in her work.
In her free time she enjoys paddling, backpacking, foraging, and adventures of all kinds. She lives in Colchester with her partner and a lot of houseplants.
