Here at Generator we are always eager to explore new collaborations with universities and colleges that share our vision of empowering students, and helping them develop the skills necessary to be successful in their professional lives. Currently, we maintain active partnerships with the University of Vermont and Champlain College, and offer specialized membership programs designed to support their unique students’ needs.

UVM Student Membership
The University of Vermont also makes available a limited number of student memberships every school year. The application is open to all full time undergraduate students who are in good standing, their 2nd/3rd/or 4th year, and a member of a Career Interest Group.
Membership numbers are limited. Selected applicants will have access to:
- FREE membership for 10-month (September 16, 2025- July 16, 2026)
- TWO FREE Tool Trainings on either the 3D printers, laser cutter/engraver, vinyl cutter, sewing machines, or electronics lab)
- Wi-Fi and access to computer lab with Adobe Creative Suite programs and 3D CAD software
- The Generator space from 6am-10pm with an access card
