Reckless Ideas is a Generator speaker series that pushes the disciplinary boundaries of technology, humanities, design, and entrepreneurship.
We invite thought leaders from across the state to host conversations about topics such as artificial intelligence, data privacy, and the tension between entrepreneurial creativity and profit. Questions, comments, and community discussion is encouraged.
Reckless Ideas is free and open to the public.
Open Studio
Open Studio time happens across all our different shops. During these regular offerings, both members and prospective members can get technical support from the space’s Shop Lead. It’s an opportunity to have a skilled user available to bounce ideas off of, double check techniques and just connect more! Open studio is a shared time, and not a private lesson, so attendees must be sure to share the time equitably. Learn more about Open Studio here.
Tours
Prospective members or simply community members looking to learn more are encouraged to attend tours. Led by Generator staff, these weekly tours give an overview of our facility. Participants will learn about the tools and programming we have on offer.
