Class Attendee Resources

Thank you for registering for a Training or Workshop with Generator!

Please read through the information below and pay special attention to info for any shop you will be active in. Doing your homework now will ensure you have a great experience and are prepared to take full advantage of your class.

Arriving
Generator is located at 40 Sears Lane in Burlington. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Our building doors will be locked, but ring the doorbell and someone will let you in. Head to the shop space associated with your class (facility map). If you’re not sure where to go, ask the person who let you in. The listing for your event will have a photo of your instructor to help you know who to look for.

What To Bring
Be sure you have all you’ll need to be comfortable throughout the class. Some are longer, so a water bottle and snacks are welcomed and encouraged. Paper and pen are always useful for note taking, as is your phone for capturing photos or video of certain processes or techniques.

What To Wear
The specifics for each shop and listed below, but in general, please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and avoid loose-fitting clothing, and any dangly jewelry or accessories.

After Your Course
After your course, please consider completing our feedback survey in order to help us improve our offerings. Additionally, you can continue being involved by becoming a member, keeping in touch with us via Instagram, Facebook and our newsletter or attending an open studio, event or tour.
