    Prineet Amin

    Prineet is VP of Information Technology at OnLogic, a Burlington based company recognized for designing highly configurable computers engineered for reliability.

    With extensive experience in technology leadership and strategic planning, Prineet has led teams across software engineering, process improvement, and operations. His background provides a strong foundation for guiding organizational growth and innovation while ensuring technology effectively supports business strategy.

    Beyond his professional responsibilities, Prineet is committed to community engagement and mentorship. He serves as Club Director for Vibe Volleyball Club in Vermont and supports youth development and teamwork by coaching various other youth sports teams. In his personal time, he is an avid woodworker and active maker, and enjoys spending time with his active family.

  • Larry Williams

    Larry Williams

    Larry is a founder and principal of Redstone Commercial Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm located in Burlington, Vermont. Larry began his real estate career after graduating from UVM when he began working for a local developer redeveloping historic buildings on Burlington’s waterfront. In 1990, Larry and a partner formed Redstone which, at that time, focused on commercial brokerage and distressed acquisitions. The Company has since undertaken a wide variety of redevelopment and ground-up development projects including industrial, commercial, residential and hospitality. The Company is currently focused on the hospitality sector, the acquisition of industrial properties throughout New England, and the active management of its portfolio.

    Mr. Williams has served on a variety of community/non-profit boards including Mobius/Mentor VT, University of Vermont College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences Advisory Council, the Vermont Business Roundtable and ECHO Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. Mr. Williams is also an investor and advisor to numerous start-up businesses including Four Quarters Brewing, Halyard Brewing and Leaf Labs. Larry resides with his wife Leslie in Colchester, VT and spends his winters in Alta, Utah.

    Corine Farewell

    Corine Farewell (DVM, MBA) is the Director of UVM Innovations. In this role, she guides the academic community on all aspects of protecting and commercializing university innovations. She has a proven record identifying innovative opportunities and aligning the necessary human and material resources to implement sustainable initiatives, especially in building relationships between the private sector and academia. She is currently co-chair of the Licensing Executive Society’s Industry University Government Interaction (IUGI sector and a regional I-Corps instructor for the Interior Northeast Hub (in-I-Corps). She serves in the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) mentoring program and taught in the UVM Grossman School of Business teaching “Innovation Strategy”, a core course in the Sustainable Innovation MBA program.

    Anne Rosenblum is a civil litigation attorney at Dinse P.C. in Burlington, where she works with national and local businesses, higher education institutions, and hospitals around the state. She also serves on the Board of the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity, which promotes poverty reduction and economic independence by providing a range of critical services across northwestern Vermont. In her personal time, Anne loves to read, run, and enjoy the outdoors in all seasons with her husband and young daughter.

Her dedication to delivering a high-touch hospitality experience led her to a career in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, where going above and beyond for her clients is second nature and embedded in the firm’s philosophy. As a lifelong learner, Marina is always seeking new opportunities to sharpen and expand her skill set through online courses and growth mindset podcasts in her spare time.

    Outside of work, Marina is an avid outdoors enthusiast with a love for fashion, family, and community. She enjoys staying active through hiking, biking, running, surfing, splitboarding, and snowboarding, usually ending the day’s activity with a sauna and cold plunge session.

Outside of the generator Trish can be found tackling a DIY, reading, gardening or exploring Vermont with her family.

  • Jon Wettstein

    Jon Wettstein

    Jon is a retired manager of supply chain operations having served as SVP at Keurig-Green Mountain Coffee for over 20 years. Prior to that, Jon worked at Digital Equipment Corp in a variety of finance and operations positions. Jon is a participant and advisor in a number of small businesses in Vermont. He has a BSEE degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard University. He and his wife, Nancy live in South Burlington with their children now residing in Vermont and Massachusetts.

  • Chris Thompson

    Chris Thompson

    Chris Thompson is an artist, curator, former Executive Director of Generator and life-long maker.  He staged over 80 exhibitions as curator at both Burlington’s BCA Center and the Champlain College Art Gallery and was awarded an Andy Warhol Foundation grant.

    Chris’s artwork, inspired by data-visualization and algorithms has been featured in exhibitions, publications and lectures. Before becoming an artist Chris spent over twenty years in corporate technology management, including Chief Technology Officer for Gardner’s Supply Corporation, and Director of Advanced Technology for Jager Di Paola Kemp Design, creators of the Burton and Xbox brands.

    Lee Bouyea

    Lee Bouyea is a Managing Director at FreshTracks Capital, a seed & early stage venture capital firm focused on investing in Vermont-based businesses.  Bouyea’s professional background includes marketing, product and business development expertise working for eBay, Nextel Communications and Pacific Marketing Associates.  Lee was also an early employee at the venture-backed e-commerce startup Ebates, which was acquired by Tokyo-based Rakuten for $1Bn in 2014.

    Erika Schramm

    Erika Schramm is a coach and consultant with 20 years of human resources and leadership experience. She is passionate about helping people and teams be their best as they lead full, balanced and purposeful lives. Prior to becoming a coach and consultant, Erika was Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Leadership Team for Vermont Energy Investment Corporation and Northern Power Systems. In addition, she is an active member in her community, volunteering on a number of Boards and in her kids’ school and cub scout troop.

    Erika has a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations through Cornell University and is a certified professional coach. In all aspects of her life, she is committed to helping people, teams and organizations develop, grow and thrive. When she’s not working or volunteering, you can find Erika running, hiking, biking, boating, doing yoga, cooking and going on adventures with her two sons and husband. She is proud to call Vermont home and loves exploring and contributing to her community.
