Studio Rentals
Generator studios adjoin 12,000 square feet of high-tech fabrication space, and provide direct access to our community of professional artists, entrepreneurs, designers, and engineers. Being located in the heart of Burlington, Vermont’s vibrant South End Arts District, you’ll be right next to Lake Champlain with easy access to the waterfront bike path, City Market, Zero Gravity Brewery, the Innovation Center, Hula, and much more!
A studio provides semi-private working space, as well as a place to store personal tools, supplies, and projects in various stages of completion.
An initial twelve-month rental period is required, after that studio rentals are renewed on a monthly basis. Studio Members must agree to both Generator’s Membership Agreement and Studio Addendum.

- Studios measure 7ft x 8ft with 4ft dividing walls

- A $280 security deposit is required before moving in

Locker Rentals
Generator also offers lockers for members to safely and conveniently store their personal tools, materials, and projects. This is a great option if you have to travel any amount of distance, and can help increase your efficiency by minimizing the amount of time spent ramping up and winding down a project. Having space on site to store items will also help reduce the risk of damage to a project during transit.
